It's hard to say for sure that something **doesn't** exist, but I've never seen a Kinect work directly with Android. Even if you get the two talking, I suspect all you'll get is a an RGB and depth stream. It's my understanding that the segmentation and skeletal tracking is done on the PC host. If you can stomach having a PC in the mix, there used to be some kinect bridge projects around for serializing and streaming the kinect data. You might be able to find/write an Android client. Lastly, If you have the $$$, you might check out [VicoVR][1]. It looks like the right idea, but at $350 with shipping, and near zero activity on the user forum, it would scare me off.
